Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting products and services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Stay updated on the company’s products and technology developments.
Requirements
- A native level of fluency in Dutch and a B2 level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Basic understanding or interest in technology and technical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the tech industry.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must hold an EU passport.
