If you are passionate about travel and enjoy assisting customers with their travel plans, this role is perfect for you.
You will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients, offering comprehensive assistance with their bookings, handling a wide range of inquiries, and effectively resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth, hassle-free, and memorable travel experience and guiding clients through the entire process with professionalism and care.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
- Handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to provide seamless service.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with travel policies and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; please state your nationality and native language in your application.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in travel booking or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
