Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Handle inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, orders, and returns.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the luxury brand.
- Accurately document customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and brand standards.
Requirements
- A native-level of fluency in Dutch and a B2-level of fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in fashion or luxury sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment in Greece.
