As a Content Moderator, you will be entrusted with the important responsibility of carefully reviewing and moderating Dutch user-generated content to ensure it complies with established community guidelines and standards. Your vigilant attention to detail and nuanced understanding of Dutch language and culture will be key in identifying and addressing content that may be inappropriate, harmful, or against platform policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Moderate and review user-generated content in Dutch across various social media channels.
- Ensure content complies with community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
- Engage with the online community to promote respectful and positive discussions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance moderation strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- A native-level fluency in Dutch and a B2-level of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine interest in social media and community engagement.
- Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
