Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat from your home.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.

- Accurately document customer interactions to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on Booking.com products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
- You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
