Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a dedicated Albanian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of safe and trustworthy digital environments for Albanian-speaking users while working within a supportive and dynamic international team.
In this role, you will be pivotal in monitoring content, identifying potential safety risks, interacting with users, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to uphold our digital community standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with digital trust and safety policies specific to Albanian-speaking users.
- Engage proactively with users regarding safety concerns and support requests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trust and safety strategies.
- Monitor trends and provide insights to enhance safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in digital safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential.
- You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
