We are looking to add a Sales Agent to our Telesales team. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team working in a fast paced, customer focused business.

Applications are invited for the permanent position of the Sales Agent.

This vacancy is an onsite position in HomeSecure HQ in Sandyford.

Working in our Sales team, you will:

• Phone Based role Managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
• Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections
• Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing manager
• Coordinating your efforts as part of a team and building at atmosphere of calibration

As a Sales Agent you will have:·

• Proven track record in generating and closing sales in call centre environment
• Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets
• The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets
• Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner
• Previous experience in selling consumer products an advantage
• Previous experience in retaining customers an advantage
• Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize
• Flexible work ethos
• High Resilience
