Accounting Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Industrial Manufacturing sector, we are currently recruiting an experienced Accounting Officer.

Requirements

• Daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and general ledger updates
• AP/AR management and bank transactions
• Monthly and annual closing support
• Tax compliance and accurate handling of Greek GAAP
• Reporting and cooperation with auditors

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Master’s degree or professional certifications will be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Greek GAAP, and tax regulations
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Very good knowledge of Greek tax legislation
• Experience with Greek GAAP & IFRS
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
