Main responsibilities
You will be involved in a broad range of high-value and cross-border matters, including:
- Advising on banking and finance transactions
- Supporting transactional due diligence processes and risk analysis
- Advising on financial services regulatory matters, including EU regulatory frameworks and market developments
- Engaging in ESG and sustainable finance-related mandates
- Driving the execution of transactions and managing workstreams with increasing client exposure
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in Greece with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Solid experience in banking & finance transactions
- Exposure to financial services regulation, ideally at EU level (knowledge of UK frameworks is an advantage)
- Strong drafting skills in Greek and English
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or international environment will be favorably considered
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing within a high-performing team
