This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital backbone of one of Greece’s top-tier law firms and actively contribute to its ongoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in business application migration projects, implementing integrations to ensure seamless system upgrades.
- Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot data synchronization across business systems and connected applications.
- Provide support and guidance to end users and business stakeholders regarding integration issues and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and optimize business systems integrations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and modern technology adoption to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by automating business processes and improving system efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline with a focus on software applications.
- 1 – 3 years of experience with business application integrations, ETL/database processes, covering middleware platforms, APIs and data handling, and workflow automation.
- Excellent command of English (Proficiency level).
- Solid understanding of SQL and data management principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not mandatory):
- Experience with MS Office 365 Apps and cloud applications.
- Experience with business reporting and analytics tools.
- Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (ΑΙ), process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
