Senior Python Developer

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and computation of new index families across multiple asset classes, including Equities and Fixed Income in a highly collaborative and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and robust Python code following engineering best practices
• Assessing project feasibility and evaluating technical complexity while ensuring high standards of code quality and resilience
• Designing and optimizing data processing workflows to support scalability and performance requirements
• Conducting peer code reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to support project execution and use-case delivery
• Producing clear technical documentation, including code documentation and implementation details
• Monitoring production use cases and continuously improving application performance, reliability, and stability
• Supporting the successful delivery of new index families across multiple financial asset classes

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Python development
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable data processing pipelines
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and best practices
• Experience working with technical documentation and peer code reviews
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Dataiku is highly valued
• Previous exposure to financial services, market data, indices, or capital markets is a plus
