Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and ensure the availability of production and testing environments.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational alerts, incidents, and service disruptions.
  • Investigate and resolve L1 and L2 automation failures, ensuring timely recovery of services.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Participate in the management and coordination of major incidents, escalating issues when required.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Create, review, and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base documentation.
  • Work according to ITIL best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure service reliability and stability.
  • Participate in on-call and 24/7 shift rotations to support business-critical services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms.
  • Experience working with Jira and ITIL-based processes.
  • Experience managing incidents, changes, and service requests in production environments.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English.
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule.
  • Strong analytical mindset, sense of ownership, and proactive attitude.

    Nice to Have
    • Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation.
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
    • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices.
    • Experience in financial services or other mission-critical environments.
