Context

Vocca is scaling fast in the healthtech space, helping medical professionals streamline their workflows with AI-powered solutions. To reach our goal of €10M ARR by end of 2026, we need to professionalize our go-to-market approach. Today, our marketing efforts are fragmented, limiting our ability to generate qualified pipeline, communicate our value proposition clearly, and build a recognizable brand. We're hiring our first marketing leader to structure and execute our GTM strategy from the ground up, working closely with our founders and sales team to accelerate growth.

Your Mission

Lay the marketing foundations of Vocca: define the positioning, structure the message by segment, and build the assets that help sales sell better and prospects understand what we do. With the ambition to take the lead of the Brand & Product marketing department and orchestrate brand, growth and future hires.

Expected Outcomes

  • Set the positioning and messaging :

    • Define the ICP, pricing and positioning for each market segment (radiology, dental, etc.)

    • Lay the foundations for the US launch (International / PMM): adapt positioning and messaging to the American market and identify go-to-market differences vs France

  • Structure sales enablement : video and paper case studies by segment, battle cards and objection handling, commercial decks by segment

  • Rebuild the site and brand presence : website redesign, content creation (case studies, blog), structured event presence

  • Launch and pilot acquisition channels : Launch and pilot acquisition channels: own the relationship with SEO, SEA, PR and Ads agencies until we hire a dedicated Performance Marketing manager

  • Build the BPM team : make the right hires at the right time, structure the function to scale

KPIs / Metrics we expect you to move

  • Participate in the strategy + own the pipeline: be a core contributor to GTM strategy and own marketing pipeline creation (marketing-sourced + marketing-influenced), with clear targets and weekly tracking.

  • Website conversion: improve conversion rate from visit → demo request, and demo request → customers (in close collaboration with Sales).

  • Sales cycle efficiency: improve win rate and speed-to-close (time from first meeting to close), incl. by segment.

  • Cross-functional strategic marketing (hands-on): drive and execute strategic initiatives with other teams (Partnerships, co-marketing, growth strategy materials, launches, key GTM assets).


This role is for you if

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI, with a strong PMM background

  • Product and marketing skills

    • You can define an ICP, structure a positioning, and craft a narrative that resonates by segment

    • You have strong storytelling ability: clear, concise, and opinionated

    • You have strong visual execution skills and good aesthetic sensibility

    • You have a deep product culture: you are passionate about well-designed products and have strong opinions on what makes them succeed

  • Demand Gen : You understand the main acquisition levers (SEO, paid, content, events), and can effectively manage someone who runs day-to-day execution and proves ROI

  • Hands-on builder:

    • You are structured and rigorous: you know what questions to answer before acting

    • You are comfortable producing assets yourself (decks, case studies, site copy) before hiring a team around you

    • You have led or managed people, and you have the ambition to build and lead a team

  • International : You are bilingual in French and English

This role is not for you if

  • You need a structured environment

  • You are a single-channel specialist (paid only, content only, etc.)

  • You prefer to direct without doing and need a team around you to produce directly

Role evolution

This role is designed to grow with the company. In the near term, you will hire and manage a lean team around you (brand, design, content, events) based on priorities. The goal is to become the Head of BPM as the team and the business scale.

Hiring process

  • Initial screening (45 min): Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Hiring Manager interview (45 min): Eliott (Founder) - deep dive on GTM vision, customer proximity, and cultural alignment

  • Business case presentation (90 min): Eliott and Charles - PMM case

  • Head of sales (30 min): Alexandre - validation of strategic vision and GTM expertise

  • Reference checks: Final validation with previous managers and colleagues
