Our client is a specialised Australian business in the gas detection industry, delivering safety-focused solutions to a wide range of industries. They are a small, agile, and values-driven team that prioritises community, family, and meaningful work.
They are now seeking to hire an Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of design, digital marketing, and content execution. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll be responsible for everything from creating marketing materials to managing social media and supporting website updates.
Job/Role Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design and update catalogues, manuals, and exhibition materials
- Maintain and improve brand consistency across all assets
- Create marketing materials from concept through to execution
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
- Plan, create, and schedule content
- Monitor engagement and optimise performance
Website & Content Updates
- Support website updates based on marketing plans
- Provide ideas and content for continuous improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Market Research & Operations
- Conduct research to identify new industries, markets, and leads
- Manage promotions, specials, and campaigns
- Track and record marketing data and performance
- Collaborate with the internal team on campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
- High-quality, on-brand design assets delivered on time
- Consistent and growing social media engagement
- Accurate and regular website updates
- Ongoing generation of relevant marketing leads
- Strong graphic design skills with a creative eye
- Ability to manage multiple marketing channels
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Highly organised and able to manage deadlines
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
Experience & Tools
- 2–3+ years in a marketing or design role
- Strong portfolio of past work required
Tools & Platforms
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Canva
- Google Workspace
- Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube
- ClickUp or similar task management tools
- CRM systems (preferred)
