Warehouse Assistant (6-month contract)

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant who will support the daily operations of the factory warehouse while also actively contributing to the project of upgrading and optimizing the SAP ERP system, especially in warehouse and materials management.

What will you do:

• Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products.
• Check quantities and ensure proper physical organization of inventory.
• Participate in stock counts (cycle counts and annual inventories).
• Prepare materials for production or shipment.
• Follow safety and cleanliness rules within the warehouse area.
• Enter and validate warehouse data in SAP (movements, inventory, storage locations).
• Support data migration and data cleansing processes (data accuracy).
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) related to warehouse workflows.
• Record discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP data and collaborate on resolving them.
• Support key users during the transition to the upgraded system.

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or technical school diploma.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or logistics environment (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP systems).
• Ability to follow procedures and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
• Forklift operator license (considered an advantage).
• Knowledge of English.
