We are currently looking for a Customer Care Trainer, who will be responsible for evaluating COPs training needs and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.Ā Conducts all training sessions related toĀ customer operations activities at a cross divisional level.

What will you do:

  • LiaisesĀ with managers toĀ determineĀ training needs and schedule training sessions.Ā 
  • ConceptualizesĀ training materials based on data and research.Ā 
  • Conducts training sessions, provides feedback afterĀ trainingĀ andĀ supportsĀ andĀ mentorsĀ new employees,Ā assistingĀ them to become acquainted with the basic policies of theĀ company.Ā 
  • KeepsĀ attendance and other related records on training related aspects (attendance, evaluations, etc.).Ā 
  • PreparesĀ accordingĀ training tests per module.Ā 
  • ConductsĀ agent performance evaluations through mystery calls and side by side listeningĀ so as toĀ identifyĀ areas of improvement per agent, targeting to provide highĀ quality ofĀ customer service.Ā 
  • MonitorsĀ employee performance and learning agility related to training.Ā 
  • DesignsĀ effective training programs based on COPs Department’s needs and regulation amendments.Ā 
  • ProposesĀ system and procedure enhancements targeting to enhance customer experience, customerĀ engagementĀ and loyalty.Ā 
  • DesignsĀ system specifications of the online training platformĀ in order toĀ support the developing training needs of the COPs Department.Ā 
  • ParticipatesĀ inĀ company projects related to Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Retention & Loyalty.Ā 
  • On-going self-development based on theĀ evolutionsĀ of training methods,Ā approachesĀ and skillset.Ā 
  • PreparesĀ basic reporting on related tasks of the role.Ā 

What you need to be successful:

  • 2-4 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Proven experience as corporate trainerĀ 
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and toolsĀ 
  • Phenomenal communication,Ā presentationĀ and public speaking skillsĀ 
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teachingĀ 
  • Critical thinking and decision makingĀ 
  • Excellent analytical thinking and procedures orientedĀ 
  • Confident public speakerĀ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ 
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsĀ
