Your responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs (200M–1B+ DKK scope) across IT and business domains
- Own end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams (100–400 FTEs) and departments
- Translate strategic priorities into clear program structures, milestones, and outcomes
- Engage and align senior stakeholders and executive leadership in complex environments
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across program delivery
- Support transformation initiatives including digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services
Must-have knowledge and experience
- 15+ years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated environments
- Strong experience in banking, insurance, or public sector
- Deep expertise in:Program and portfolio management
- Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Stakeholder and executive communication
- IT systems, architecture, and service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to:Manage large budgets and multi-stream programs
- Navigate organizational complexity and political environments
- Lead through change and transformation
