Job Summary

The Global Talent Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple countries and regions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires a strong understanding of cultural differences, labor laws, and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and ensure effective talent acquisition. Strong communication, adaptability, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.



Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top international talent through diverse channels, platforms, and strategic sourcing methods.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen a high-quality talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring processes for in-house company roles across different departments.
  • Support freelancer onboarding and platform sign-up processes, ensuring smooth activation and assisting in improving the overall onboarding experience.
  • Develop and execute effective international recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and regional market trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, and key hiring KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Source and activate freelancers, and quickly respond to client needs by providing suitable candidates beyond the platform when required.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global recruitment with a proven track record of successful hires across multiple regions.
  • Strong experience in market research and talent market insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong adaptability.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
