We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Field and Content Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive localized marketing initiatives to support regional sales teams and craft compelling content that resonates across global markets. You’ll help bridge strategic marketing and field execution, ensuring that our brand voice is consistent, impactful and tailored to regional buyer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing
• Partner with regional sales leaders to develop and execute targeted field marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, roundtables and roadshows.
• Localize global campaigns to meet the needs of regional markets and support lead generation goals.
• Manage event logistics from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and effective follow-up.
• Track and report field marketing KPIs, including lead quality, pipeline influence and ROI.
• Support partner marketing initiatives, collaborating with strategic partners to amplify joint campaigns and drive co-branded engagement.
• Engage with local agencies, associations and community groups to tap into regional ecosystems, including meetups and industry events.
Content Marketing
• Create and adapt content for various stages of the funnel, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, emails and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content formats and channels.
• Optimize content for SEO and repurpose it across platforms (e.g., social, email, web).
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B field marketing and/or content marketing, preferably in a global or tech-driven environment.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven ability to plan and execute in-person and digital events.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product and regional marketing teams.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects across time zones.
• Fast Learner – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
• Background in eCommerce, FinTech, or banking considered an advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Marketo, or Salesforce valued
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages welcomed
