About us
Avride is autonomous driving technology. We're building two products simultaneously: a robotaxi for passenger transportation and delivery robots for last-mile logistics. Both are already operating on city streets — not in test mode, but in real-world deployment. We're a small, focused team — no unnecessary approval layers or diffused ownership. There are complex challenges, fast decisions, and a product people can see in person.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to build and evolve Avride's visual language — from strategic decisions to hands-on execution. This is one of the first dedicated brand roles at the company, so you'll have real influence over how Avride looks and feels. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership — translating a technically complex subject into clear, compelling, and visually strong communication.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Avride's visual identity — from brand guidelines to specific applications
- Design materials for marketing, PR, events, partner presentations, and B2B communications
- Set and uphold design standards across all touchpoints — digital, print, and physical
- Contribute to campaign concepting and visual storytelling
- Coordinate external contractors and agencies
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience in a commercial environment
- A strong portfolio featuring comprehensive brand identity work — not just individual mockups
- Experience with design systems and brand guidelines — you know how to create the rules and ensure they're followed
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong skills in typography, visual systems, conceptual thinking, and storytelling
- Comfort operating autonomously in a small team — no hand-holding, no waiting for perfect briefs
- Strong English — written and spoken; we work in an international environment
Nice to have
- Experience at early-stage startups where a brand was built or rebuilt from scratch
- Experience working with technically complex products — robotics, automotive, hardware
- 3D skills for creating visually compelling content and bringing ideas to life through dynamic imagery
What we offer
- Work on a product that physically exists in the world and continues to scale
- Influence over the company's visual identity from day one
- A small team where you don't need to wait for permission to try something new
Candidates are required to be authorized to work in the U.S. The employer is not offering relocation sponsorship, and remote work options are not available.
