About the Role

We're an early-stage startup looking for an HR Executive to own end-to-end recruitment and keep our HR operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is comfortable building processes from scratch rather than inheriting a polished playbook. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers, and your work will have a visible impact on the company's growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates

  • Write and post job descriptions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming needs

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and consultants — coordinating requirements, tracking performance, and negotiating terms

  • Keep candidates engaged and well-informed throughout the hiring process

HR Operations

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports with accurate, up-to-date data

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires — paperwork, system access, induction, and first-week setup

  • Manage employee insurance enrollment and serve as a point of contact for related queries

  • Support general HR operations and help build lightweight, scalable HR processes as the team grows

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally across both technical and non-technical roles

  • Experience managing vendors and several open positions simultaneously

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you keep clean trackers and accurate records

  • Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-changing startup environment

  • Good communication skills and a candidate-first mindset

  • Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (ATS, spreadsheets, job boards)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Preferably, an MBA degree in Human Resources
