Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for an FP&A Analyst who will hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. You will be dedicated to assisting with preparing the budget, forecast, financial analysis, and ad hoc projects.

Job Description

Compile and consolidate the group's monthly management accounts.
Produce management reports comparing actual performance against budget for management review.
Prepare segmented management reports for various business units for review.
Support the group budgeting and forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
Collaborate with internal business partners on various financial analyses.
Provide assistance with implementing the ERP system.
Generate ad hoc reports and participate in special projects as required.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant professional experience; a recognized accounting qualification and Big 4 background are highly preferred.
Demonstrate exposure to finance operations within a multinational or regional headquarters environment.
Previous involvement in ERP system implementation will be considered an advantage.
Exhibit strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
Maintain close attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct plus.
