  • CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Assistant store Manager. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.

Job Description

  • This role reports directly to the Retail Area Manager.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, supervise and train the team in providing excellent customer service, manage customer feedback and understand customer needs by asking the right questions.
  • Develop and coach the team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability and manage staff turnover.
  • Build customer rapport and loyalty through an engaging in-store experience.
  • Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the CASETiFY’s Core Values.
  • Link up with global support in retail operations, logistics and projects of the company.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in a management role is preferred but not essential. We also welcome applicants who are looking to take the next step up in their career.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve KPIs and deliverables.
  • Passionate about the retail industry, technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being a part of a growing team.
  • Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
