Flexi/Bendi FLT Driver 2pm - 10pm Luton

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Flexi/Bendi Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our warehouse team, on a 2pm - 10pm shift. In this role, you will be operating Flexi and Bendi forklifts to move goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. Your role is vital to the smooth running of warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and accurate placement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Flexi and Bendi forklift trucks safely and effectively.
• Load and unload goods with care and precision.
• Ensure the correct storage and organization of materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of forklifts.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid FLT license with experience on Flexi and Bendi forklift trucks.
• Previous warehouse and forklift operation experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
