Warehouse Operative Leighton Buzzard

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a busy warehouse environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing incoming stock and verifying shipments.
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks including lifting.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Own transport or reliable means to get to the Leighton Buzzard warehouse.
