Growth Marketing Project Manager | Senior

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (or Growth Marketing Project Manager) to help build and scale growth engines at nexos.ai.

This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, thinks analytically, and enjoys turning ideas into experiments that drive measurable business impact. You’ll work across paid acquisition, landing pages, funnel optimization, and creative experimentation.

You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll help identify growth opportunities, launch experiments quickly, validate what works, and scale successful initiatives. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with growth, and wants to help build something massive.

Main Responsibilities

• Launch and manage growth experiments across acquisition funnels

• Build and optimize user journeys, and conversion funnels

• Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, offers, and website experiences

• Manage creative production for growth experiments, including coordinating with designers, copywriters, video creators, and external partners

• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify optimization and scaling opportunities

• Monitor and improve key growth metrics including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ship growth initiatives quickly

• Stay close to emerging trends in the AI space, new acquisition channels, and growth opportunities

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or other growth-focused roles

• Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, funnel building, optimization, landing pages, A/B testing, tracking, and analytics

• Understanding of growth economics, including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and decisions

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Experience managing creative production workflows for growth campaigns and experiments is a plus

Salary Ranges

Gross salary is 3200 - 4800 EUR/month.
