Main Responsibilities
Own B2B marketing programs end-to-end: outbound campaigns, nurture sequences, and GTM motions, from brief to post-campaign review
Manage the SMB marketing calendar across email, paid, content, and partner channels so nothing slips
Project-manage the full events portfolio: webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and hosted roundtables. Own timelines, speakers, vendors, and follow-up
Run repeatable webinar playbooks from topic ideation through promotion, live execution, and on-demand distribution
Keep sales and revenue teams aligned on SMB pipeline goals and ensure clean lead handoffs
Turn SMB buyer insights into sharp briefs that unblock content, design, and product marketing
Prepare briefs for B2B thought leadership campaigns;
Drive & support B2B dedicated web landing pages;
Support the sales team with marketing materials.
Core Requirements
3+ years experience in B2B marketing in SaaS;
3+ years experience in project management of work across digital media, email, and website design;
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines;
High attention to detail including precise and effective written/verbal communication;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders, competing for priorities simultaneously;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected;
Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts;
