What you need
2+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, or GTM — ideally enterprise SaaS or consulting
Experience selling to or marketing to large enterprises
Track record of building pipeline that converts
Comfortable operating hands-on today and building a team tomorrow
Nice to have
Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
Network in the SAP or consulting space
Early growth hire experience
