Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and contact lists.
• Introduce and explain our products and services clearly to customers.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information to support sales.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telesales approaches.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Requirements

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling customer objections.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
