Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Controlant!

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the supply and return process for IoT devices, monitoring inventory, processing orders, and coordinating shipments to and from Controlant’s Service Centers and customers worldwide. This role is critical to ensuring seamless device logistics and customer satisfaction across Controlant’s global operations. The Logistics Coordinator collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and customers, and works closely with the Logistics Team Lead and the Director of Device Logistics to support the team’s objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor stock levels of devices and associated material.
• Process and track shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency targets in managing the supply and return process of IoT devices. 
• Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues, including communication with customs authorities.
• Monitor and report on logistics costs, timelines, and productivity metrics.
• Contributing to special projects, such as implementation of new customers or other improvements related to the daily business.
• Maintain daily contact with customers, service centres, and carriers.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Provide input and feedback on logistics processes and compliance matters to support continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational enhancements and communicate suggestions to the Logistics Team Lead.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Support Logistics Team Leads in building and maintaining work procedures.
• Represent the Controlant Logistics team in front of assigned customers and categories.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics Team Leads and the Director of Device Logistics on day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in verbal and written English; additional languages are an asset.
• Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to satisfaction, success, and retention.
• Experience with logistics software and inventory management systems (preferred).
