An Exceptional Career Opportunity for an Ambitious and Dynamic Professional

Aegis Group is a Dubai-based international business group active in global commodity trading, dry bulk shipping, logistics, and strategic investments across international markets.

We are seeking a highly capable, polished, intelligent, and energetic Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder & Managing Director in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and globally connected business environment.

This is far more than a conventional Executive Assistant role.

It is an opportunity to become closely involved in the daily workings of an entrepreneurial business leader operating across international trade, shipping, investments, strategic projects, hospitality, corporate relationships, and high-level business coordination.

The role offers rare exposure, accelerated personal growth, and the opportunity to develop into a highly sophisticated business professional operating at the center of decision-making and execution.

Why This Role Is Unique

The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder and gain exposure to:

  • International travel and hospitality coordination
  • High-level meetings and business interactions
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and problem solving
  • Real-world business execution across multiple industries

No two days will be the same.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, fast learning, and working in a dynamic environment where initiative, intelligence, and adaptability are highly valued.

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Business correspondence and communication
  • Following up with clients, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Assisting in project coordination and execution
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Managing priorities and helping optimize executive workflow

  • Conducting research and assisting with strategic initiatives
  • Handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Intelligent and commercially aware
  • Energetic, adaptable, and proactive
  • Elegant and professional in communication and presentation
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership
