We're looking for a technically strong and execution-focused professional to join our JLV team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end sprint and delivery lifecycle across Simosa and other JLV digital products - managing platform operations, coordinating releases and ensuring system stability as we scale. Acting as the bridge between business intent and technical delivery, you will translate stakeholder requirements into structured specifications and work closely with engineering to bring the product roadmap to life. The focus is on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience across our digital platforms, including mobile apps, in line with JLV's broader Digital Strategy.

What does Expert Digital Solutions do?

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sprint cycle for Simosa (Social+) and other JLV digital products, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Maintain a healthy, prioritised product backlog in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, tracking velocity, capacity and risks proactively.
  • Monitor sprint health metrics - burndown, cycle time and defect rates - and present regular delivery status updates to the Head of Digital Solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute release cycles across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, owning the release calendar, version management and go-live checklists.
  • Coordinate UAT sign-off with business stakeholders prior to every release and manage hotfix and emergency release processes with minimal disruption to users.
  • Maintain release notes and changelogs for internal and external communication across all JLV digital products.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, product owners and operations teams in translating business requirements to technical, structured BRDs and functional specifications.

·       Collaborate with finance, procurement, and other business functions to oversee PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) processes.

  • Work closely with development team to validate technical feasibility and ensure all requirements are unambiguous before sprint entry.
  • Support the team in translating the strategic product roadmap into actionable sprint-level delivery plans, tracking milestones and escalating deviations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery queries, maintaining clear documentation of decisions, change requests and scope adjustments throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

•         5–6 years years of experience in digital product delivery, business analysis or a closely related role.

•         Proven experience running Agile/Scrum delivery cycles - sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and release coordination.

•         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•         Agile/Scrum certifications is a plus

•         Experience coordinating releases for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and/or web platforms.

•         Familiarity with product management and sprint tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

•         Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA/UAT processes.

•          Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Grafana, etc.).

•         Experience working with financial teams, procurement processes, PR & PO cycles.

•         Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

•         Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

•         Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
