What is "Brand Specialist JLV'?
Jazz Lifestyle Ventures (JLV) is home to four distinct and fast-growing digital products, each serving a unique market need. As a Brands Specialist, Digital Channels, you will be at the heart of building and executing brand strategies across this portfolio:
• Tamasha – Pakistan's leading OTT and digital entertainment platform.
• Simosa – A lifestyle super app bringing together simcare and everyday services.
• ZARR – A fashion marketplace connecting buyers with top local and global brands.
• Social Plus – Pakistan's first community graph platform redefining social connection.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Execution
- Support the development and implementation of brand strategies to strengthen each JLV product's market position.
- Execute go-to-market campaigns for new features and product launches across Tamasha, Simosa, ZARR, and Social Plus.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage social/community platform brand strategies tailored to Social Plus's unique positioning as Pakistan's first community graph.
Campaign Management & Performance
- Plan and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives for each product vertical.
- Drive campaign performance tracking and reporting, defining KPIs, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Design and run A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize campaigns and brand communications.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, social media, and PR teams to amplify reach and engagement.
Content, Messaging & Creative
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging across all JLV products.
- Lead lookbook and editorial-style content creation for ZARR's fashion marketplace to drive product discovery and brand affinity.
- Develop and manage UGC (User Generated Content) strategies across platforms to foster authentic community-driven storytelling.
- Craft bundling and upsell communication strategies for Simosa's lifestyle super app to increase feature adoption and ARPU.
Loyalty, Community & Engagement
- Develop and execute loyalty and rewards program marketing to improve retention across the JLV product portfolio.
- Build community engagement frameworks and manage brand presence on Social Plus and other social platforms.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to identify user engagement opportunities and translate them into brand activations.
- Leverage social listening and sentiment analysis tools to refine messaging and community strategies.
Market Research & Insights
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights across the OTT, super app, fashion, and social verticals.
- Use data-driven insights to refine branding strategies for each product and recommend optimizations.
- Support market research to identify growth opportunities and whitespace for JLV products in Pakistan.
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably within digital platforms, OTT, e-commerce, fashion, or social/community products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or products simultaneously.
Domain & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of the OTT/streaming industry, digital trends, and content marketing
- Familiarity with super app ecosystems, lifestyle services, and bundling/upsell strategies
- Knowledge of fashion e-commerce, visual merchandising, and editorial content formats
- Understanding of social/community platforms, UGC dynamics, and network-effect-driven growth
Core Skills
- Follows marketing and social media trends and can implement it across the portfolio.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple branding initiatives simultaneously across products and teams.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate product insights into compelling brand narratives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
- Editorial & Lookbook Content: Ability to brief and/or create fashion-forward, editorial-style content for marketplace environments.
- Social/Community Brand Strategy: Capability to develop brand frameworks for community and social platforms.
