The Role
We’re looking for a founding growth hire to help scale Melius from early traction into a category-defining company.
This is a highly cross-functional role spanning growth, distribution, product, experimentation, and go-to-market systems. You’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale the growth engine behind Melius — from top-of-funnel acquisition and lifecycle marketing to growth loops, outbound systems, partnerships, and GTM experimentation. We’re looking for someone who moves quickly, thinks scientifically about growth, and is excited to operate across both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Own and scale top-of-funnel growth across organic, paid, outbound, partnerships, creator ecosystems, and community channels.
Design and run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Build and optimize growth systems, analytics, attribution, and reporting infrastructure.
Work closely with product and engineering to improve onboarding, activation, and product-led growth loops.
Develop creative GTM strategies around launches, viral moments, creators, and AI-native distribution channels.
Leverage automation, AI tooling, and GTM engineering tactics to scale outreach, workflows, and experimentation velocity.
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
Help shape the broader go-to-market strategy as one of the earliest business hires at Melius.
What We're Looking For
Experience helping take a startup or product from 0 → 1 at a high-growth company or early-stage startup.
Strong exposure across multiple growth functions: acquisition, lifecycle, partnerships, outbound, growth product, and analytics.
Highly experimental and deeply analytical approach to growth and GTM.
Strong understanding of modern growth tooling, automation, and AI-native workflows.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly with high ownership.
Strong product instincts and ability to collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
Exposure to GTM engineering tactics, growth automation, scraping/enrichment workflows, or programmatic distribution is a major plus.
Excited about AI, creativity, startups, and building category-defining products.
Comfortable working in-person from our NYC office 5 days a week.
