Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of multiple Pilates studio locations within Langley and Abbotsford, BC. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales/front desk professionals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all studios.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff across multiple locations.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Implement programs to attract new clients and enhance the overall client experience.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact and reach.
- Planning and attending grassroots events to yield new prospects.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure consistency in service quality and studio operations across the region.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with studio managers to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to travel between studio locations within the region.
