Sprinkler Service Manager

Seeking a highly motivated Sprinkler Service Manager to lead and oversee our sprinkler service division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sprinkler system maintenance, inspections, and installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate sprinkler service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop service schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and prepare reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Identify opportunities for business growth within the sprinkler service division.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sprinkler system service management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, fire safety regulations, and maintenance protocols.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating service operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Relevant certifications in fire protection or sprinkler systems are advantageous.
