Scheduling Administrator (Temp – 3 Months)
📍 Medway | 💰 £14.35 – £16.40 per hour
We’re currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced property services organisation based in Medway on a 3-month temporary assignment. There is potential for this role to be made permanent for the right person.
This role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams, ensuring works are allocated efficiently and service levels are maintained across multiple client contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers’ diaries
- Allocating reactive and planned maintenance work
- Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems
- Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Managing inboxes, calls and service updates
- Ensuring SLAs and response times are met

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or administration
- Available to start IMMEDIATELY
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good IT skills (Excel / internal systems)
