Senior M&E Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mechanical and electrical materials and services.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Procurement Specialist in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical products and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred.
