Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate mechanical projects effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Oversee project schedules, procurement, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the mechanical services or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction processes.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, project management, or related disciplines.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.
