M&E Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for M&E projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of mechanical and electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate costs.
• Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tenders.
• Monitor project progress and report on cost variations and risks.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Support project teams with cost control and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within the mechanical and electrical services industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
