What You Will Do
Drive business growth and customer expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts
- Build relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners
- Contribute to growth initiatives that increase customer reach and market impact
- Support commercial goals, growth initiatives, and customer expansion opportunities
- Develop relationships that create long-term business value
Build and grow customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their journey and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Conduct proactive outreach and relationship-building activities
- Identify opportunities for increased customer engagement, retention, and growth
- Maintain strong customer connections beyond initial acquisition
Blend business development with customer success
- Support account expansion initiatives and long-term customer growth
- Partner cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and business impact
- Contribute to retention, engagement, and customer development efforts
- Balance customer experience with growth objectives
Bring energy into growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities proactively
- Build trust quickly
- Create meaningful relationships
- Think strategically about customer value and future opportunities
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (near-native preferred)
- Must currently live in Guadalajara, Jalisco
- Valid US Visa (required)
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Business Development
- Client Growth
- Strategic Partnerships
- Experience meeting sales metrics, growth KPIs, or commercial goals
- Experience building customer relationships and driving business outcomes
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Experience managing customer relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle, including post-sale follow-up, customer engagement, retention, and long-term partnership development
- Experience supporting customers beyond acquisition through relationship management, account growth, customer care, adoption, or ongoing customer success initiatives
Experience with one or more of the following:
- New business generation
- Customer acquisition
- Account expansion
- Upsell / cross-sell
- Revenue growth initiatives
- Customer retention
- Book of business ownership
- Portfolio management
- Renewals
- Customer lifecycle ownership
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- SaaS, technology, healthcare, staffing, senior living, or customer-focused environments
