Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.
Perfect for those who aim to:
  • Build and monitor automated communication flows (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp) for key player stages such as Welcome, Reactivation, and Churn Prevention;

  • Assist in designing promo mechanics that maximize player activity while staying within the assigned Bonus-to-GGR budget;

  • Create granular player segments (e.g., Slot Fans, Weekend Bettors, At-risk VIPs) to replace broadcast messaging and ensure incentives are relevant and cost-effective;

  • Measure “True Lift” by determining whether campaigns genuinely change player behavior or if deposits would have occurred without bonuses;

  • Ensure all bonus links, promo codes, and automated triggers are technically flawless before reaching players through a thorough sanity check process.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital campaigns (experience in iGaming is a plus);

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools;

  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets;

  • Ability to track and analyze basic KPIs;

  • Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher). Spanish is a plus.
