Product Content Manager

• Manage, optimize, and arrange casino content based on data;

• Develop and maintain a content calendar;

• Improve casino UX and UI to increase conversion of lobbies;

• Increase profitability of Casino and Sportsbook products through content optimization and personalization;

• Manage SDUI and personalized product experiences for different player segments;

• Collaborate with Casino Team, CRM, Gamification, BI & Analytics, Design, and Product teams;

• Manage product content localization and translation processes;

• Optimize registration, onboarding, and conversion funnels through content and UX improvements;

• Run various A/B tests by changing the UX of main site pages.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Content, Product Operations, Casino Operations, or Product Management within iGaming;

• Strong understanding of Casino and Sportsbook products;

• Experience working with game providers, casino content, and product merchandising;

• Experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions;

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of product KPIs;

• Experience working with CMS, content management tools, or SDUI solutions;

• Understanding of player lifecycle, retention, and engagement mechanics;

• Experience working with analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
