We’re looking for an energetic and dependable retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and loves helping customers feel confident and inspired. As a Lead Key Holder, you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations, driving sales, and leading the team during manager-on-duty shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Lead by example and help foster a positive, motivating team environment
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Help monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes
- Support store leadership in tracking performance goals and store metrics
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and register accountability
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to sales associates and fellow key holders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
What We’re Looking For
- Retail sales or supervisory experience preferred
- A strong passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and retail systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
