Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a Senior Test Manager for a 6-month contract to lead the testing activities of our critical projects. The Senior Test Manager will be responsible for defining the overall test strategy, managing the test team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the test team to ensure efficient test execution and defect management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor test progress, metrics, and quality indicators; report status to senior management.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or equivalent role in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience managing test teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager preferred.
- Fluency in English.
