Real Estate Viewing Specialist

We are seeking a Real Estate Viewing Specialist to join our Sales Team and help expand our operations in Athens/Attica. The role relates to the 'Property Viewings and Inspections' service, showcasing properties through in-person tours, gaining exposure to clients in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled property viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience;
• Offer professional guidance and highlight key features of each property based on provided scripts;
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies;
• Provide detailed feedback to Uniko RMs on the potential interest generated by each viewing;
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all activities within their area of responsibility;
• Ability to prepare a broker’s opinion of value upon request;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Valid driving license (Category B);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset;
• Strong time management and ability to follow tight time schedule;
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification is appreciated but not mandatory;
• Familiarity with real estate processes is required.
