The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Recruiter to help scale the teams driving our growth across all of our business units; including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering. This person will play a critical role in shaping how we hire, partnering directly with leaders across the business to attract exceptional talent while building scalable recruiting processes along the way.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys building from zero to one.
We care a lot about building a strong in person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.
What You'll Do:
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM & EPD functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategies
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and inbound recruiting efforts
Drive an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication, efficient process management, and high-quality interactions
Develop structured interview frameworks and calibration processes that improve hiring quality and consistency
Analyze recruiting funnel metrics and pipeline health to drive continuous process improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Help shape and scale recruiting operations, tooling, and best practices as the company grows
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth startup or technology environments
Proven experience hiring across GTM or Engineering organizations including Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
Strong track record managing searches from kickoff through close
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong operational rigor and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Deep understanding of candidate experience and recruiting quality
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in fast-changing environments
Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting platforms
Builder mindset with strong ownership and execution orientation
