THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Head of Brand to own how we show up in the world. This is a senior, highly visible role for someone who has built brand functions before and wants to do it again at a company with real momentum.
You will lead design, content, social, community, events, and brand campaigns, managing a team of 3, and owning the strategy across all of it. You will report to the COO and sit on the marketing leadership team.
We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Brand Strategy & Campaigns
Define and steward Reevo.ai’s brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and reinforce positioning.
Partner with product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect product narrative.
Track brand health metrics and use data to sharpen strategy.
Content
Set the content strategy across owned and earned channels, and hold the team accountable to executing it.
Manage a content team responsible for the calendar, long-form editorial, thought leadership, and video.
Maintain a high editorial bar — you review the work, raise the quality, and establish Reevo.ai as a credible voice in the AI space.
Social Media & Community
Oversee the social strategy and a team member responsible for day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and relevant emerging platforms.
Help define the community strategy and lead the team member building and running Reevo.ai’s customer and practitioner community.
Set goals for community growth, engagement, and advocacy, and hold the team accountable to them.
Events
Own the events strategy — owned events, third-party sponsorships, and executive roundtables — and manage the team member responsible for execution.
Set the standard for how Reevo.ai shows up at events and ensure every programme delivers measurable pipeline or awareness impact.
Design
Manage a Creative Director and design resources to produce on brand assets for the marketing organization.
WHO YOU ARE:
7+ years in brand, content, or marketing roles with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record building or scaling a brand function at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
A genuine generalist: comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
Data-informed: you know how to measure brand work and can defend investments with evidence.
Excellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with product marketing, sales, and design.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and a small in-house team.
NICE TO HAVES:
Background in AI, data infrastructure, or developer tools.
Experience building community programs from scratch.
Strong network in the B2B SaaS or AI space.
