  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation
  • Handle payment and receivables of the companies
  • Checking of redemption and refinance reports
  • Prepare funding for various purposes
  • Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues
  • Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage
  • Good English and Chinese typing skills
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
