Role Overview
UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Gift processing across multiple donation platforms
- Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations
- Manual syncing between databases
- Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting
- Mailchimp segmentation, list management
- Data integration from form applications
- Basic office/admin workflows
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in office environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required
Compensation
- Salary range: $25-$32/hour commensurate with experience
